German DVG Westmark Lothr Badge

German Volks-Comrade Union Westmark (Lothr) membership badge.  It is in silver frosted bronze with black, white and red enamels.  Has a pinback and is maker marked “W. Redo, Saarlautern” on the reverse.  Measures 23.3 mm in diameter.  Enamel has two chips.
