Vietnam era M1 helmet.  Comes with period liner, reversible camo cover and foliage band.  Cover has no date, contract # is 8116.  Liner has a sweatband, good paint.  Helmet has been repainted from factory original, has original chin straps which can be secured at back of helmet and are sewn on to the bales.  Also comes with period correct foliage band.
